I spent 3 months in the mountains in southern Spain(feb-may 2001).
The colours of spring were extremely beautiful and inspiring. It was like watching slow motion fireworks as the flowers, trees, grass and all vegitation became vibrent, alive and rich in colouur.
Being in such a beautiful place like this influenced the direction of my painting.
