My Studio Retreat / Apartment is available for rent
In 1999 by chance, luck and
hard work, I have made a home / retreat / studio for myself in a village called
Arcos de la Frontera. Andalucia, Southern spain., an ancient
citadel built on a plateau,
dating back to Roman times.
I love spending time there and go as often as I can to
paint.
Over the years I have spent time renovating the place. There was no water, electrics, bathroom, kitchen area, I've put on a new roof etc.
The reason why I’m renting is that at present I am not there
that often, and If I let it a few times a year so it pays for itself then great. I'm sure who ever rents it will have a wonderful time.
It is special to me and is not a commercial rental in the sense that it will only be word of mouth,
and so whoever rents it should not have expectations. except there will be clean sheets and towels
It has all the basic requirements, beds, bathroom, kitchen,
table, chairs, sofa…….
It is suited for couples, not young children as there is a roof terrace that potentially could be dangerous, and I'm sure every parent understands this.
